RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received within 5 business days to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Can't Hide Pretty is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. 

You can return your product for store credit, or a product Exchange ONLY.

A Cant Hide Pretty Gift Card will be issued in which case it can be used to purchase from our website. Please note, Cant Hide Pretty Boutique is not responsible for return shipping, and cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock in the event of doing an exchange.

MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS:

We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, let us know by using our CONTACT US link below or email hello.canthidepretty@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 2 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid shipping label in this event.
